3D Printing at LLA! 

 

We now have a 3D Printer at Loma Linda Elementary.  The students have had fun designing some different things this year and have had the opportunity to print a few out!  The software that they use is called Blender and is free.  If you want to download it at home, your students can then design things there and learn how to use it.  We may even be able to print some things out!  The process is really complicated, but fun, and the students have done really well with it.  With 3D Printing, the possiblities are endless, and students can really let their imagination run wild.  It is a learning curve to learn the software, but once they do, look out!
